Walking group

Our walking group meets monthly, usually on the 2nd Friday of the month at 10 - 10.30 am.

We meet locally, often at Regent Centre interchange, and then walk or travel-to-and-walk to or around our destination.  The walks often start with or involve coffee and cakes, and the walks themselves are not too strenuous!  There's usually a lunch involved for those who want to stay on and socialise further.

The specific details of each walk and initial meeting arrangements are given out each meeting, and we also try to make sure that details of forthcoming walks are available on our members-only facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/965108660193589), for anyone who has missed the meeting.
