Book group

Our book group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 2.00 pm.

We're not a traditional book group, in that we don't all read the same book each month and then discuss it.  Instead we read whatever we like and then come along and talk about it - usually just one or two books per person.  We give a short synopsis and say what we liked/didn't like about the book, and whether we would recommend it.  Lots of book swapping going on, and a great chance to hear about books that you might not normally be drawn to reading.

We are currently meeting in the Arden Room at the Trinity Church Centre on Gosforth High Street.
